Solution for the level 8:

This one is a bit tricky.
Start by lowering the left handle by holding your left thumb.
When it is all the way down, without releasing your left thumb, hold the right handle with your right tumb.
At first it won’t move but if you release the left handle, it will stay down and the right one will go down
