40-Put the Solar Panel
41-Insert the ligh bulb in the light support
Go to the license plate

47-Tap the light support
Tap the Spotlight Hint.
All lights off =  Hint #1 on the spotlight hint.
Hint #2 : Keep only the light that match the green squares
