All the answers here! The main goal in 100 Doors is to escape the room.  Using all the possibilities of the device you need to open each of 100 doors and move the doors to the next Level.
Search for hidden objects, solve puzzles and use an items to do this!

Level 18:

Tap on the piece of paper. The eye needs to be looking up to the triangle which is pointing to the branch.

Click on the puzzle on the door.

Tap the eye two times to it is looking up.

Tap the triangle 3 times so it is above the eye.

Tap the branch 1 time
