Level 70 : 

Tap the eyes chart letters and take the hint #1.
Open the drawer and take the hint #2.
Open the garbage can and take the hint #3.
Tap the hand paper dispenser at the left of the door and take the hint #4.

Tilt your device to the left to make a monitor roll into view then tap it to see the screen.
Tap the monitor : it will display 4 heart rate traces.
1st top rate : Tap 3 times the blue button to the left to change it.
2nd rate : Tap 1 times the blue button.
3rd rate : Tap 3 times the blue button
4th rate : Tap 1 times the blue button
