In this level you need to activate the lever to blow the ice but, the wire is cut in 3 section.
Move the left snow in the middle and tap the wire to fix it.
Move the snow in the middle to the left and tap the wire.
Move the snow on the right to the middle and tap the wire.
Push the handle.
