Move the 2 small bars in the bottom over the open padlock.
Move the 2 squares on the right side.
Move down the key.
Move the 2 small bars on the top over the close padlock.
Move the 2 squares side by side on the top.
Move the key to the right.
Move the square down and move the other square to the left.
Move the key up and move the 2 small bars to the left. If you can’t, move squares up the move small bars.
